  2. 250 g minced turkey, minced chicken or pork
  3. 1/2 onion (small diced)

  6. 1 tbsp bamboo shoots (optional) (finely chopped)

  5. On a medium heat pan, add cooking oil wait until it starts to get hot then add those money bags in 4-5 at the time. Keep turn them until all evening crispy and golden.
