- 3 garlics

- 1 lemongrass, smashed
- 2 Asian bay leaves
- 500 ml Thin coconut milk, about

- Pepper

- Chicken powder

- Make the chilli paste by using a blender or traditional mortar and pestle until soft. Set aside.
- Add the oil in a pan. Then add in the chilli paste. Stir until fragrant and cooked.
