  4. 1 tsp ground pepper
  5. 1 tbsp chilli flakes / gochugaru

  7. Quarter cup light soy sauce
  8. Quarter cup fish sauce
  9. Half tbsp honey
  10. 1 tsp liquid smoke or sesame oil

Steps to make to make Korean Beef Jerky (Yukpo)

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinade beef for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer to dehydrator racks and ensure that no pieces are overlapping each other.
  3. Set dehydrator to 70c to 4 hours.
