  1. Place French oven on medium heat and turn oven to 140c Separate sausages & trim fat from bacon Cut onion & chillies in half and slice finely Dice bacon and bacon fat (keep separate)
  2. Render bacon fat in French oven then add sausages and diced bacon to brown Add onion and chillies to caramelise Add garlic paste & tomato paste and cook off
  3. Once browned, add paprika, salt, pepper, oxo cube and cheese Mix through until cheese dissolves and you have a paste
  4. At this stage, add bay leaves and chicken stock Put lid on, let it come to a simmer and transfer to oven
  5. Cook in oven for 2 hours at 140c
